After Ganesh Singh, the BJP MP for Satna, state PWD minister Nagendra Singh and other leaders released the details of Advani's yatra that entered the state from Hanumana in Rewa district from Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday afternoon, a group of party workers walked up to the scribes and distributed the envelopes. "They told us to accept it," senior journalist Arvind Mishra said. "Instead of finding a press note, I found a Rs 1,000 note. I was at my wit's end." Sources in the government revealed that Masood had filed many controversial RTIs related to income tax details about BJP Rajya Sabha MP Anil Madhav Dave and his NGO, as well as the chairman of the Chirayu Medical College and hospital Dr Ajay Goenka. In fact just recently, the Environment Ministry had ordered an enquiry against the Chirayu foundation for flouting environment laws. Shehla Masood reportedly sent a letter to the Madhya Pradesh government, saying that she had received death threats. It is alleged that the Bhopal police ignored the clear threat.
Medical and legal experts, in fact, have confirmed that she was murdered.
